Meeting your saboteur
Trace the origins of your inner critic and finally recognize whose voice it really is.
You can’t silence what you don’t recognize.
As you acknowledge your silent saboteur’s presence in your life, when it shows up, what it says, and how it subtly (or loudly) undermines your success, happiness, and self-worth, you will take the first step towards quieting it.
WEEK 2 :
Unmasking the lies
Unmask the lies you inherited about worth, success, and self-expression.
Your silent saboteur thrives in the shadows of distortion. It feeds off old lies you were told lies about your worth, potential, and right to dream. In this section, we rip the mask off those lies and reveal the truth underneath.
WEEK 3 :

Some saboteur voices are loud and cruel we can hear them clearly when they say
“You’re not good enough” or “You always fail.”
But there’s another, more dangerous kind. It doesn’t speak, It steers.
It is hidden deep in your subconscious. It is your time to meet and acknowledge him.
WEEK 4 :
Reclaiming your voice
Replace shame with clarity. Speak your truth with grounded authority.
You decide what’s true as you step fully into your power. The saboteur no longer gets to define you. The voices of your past no longer get to dictate your present or your future. Only you get to define who you are, where you are going or who you are becoming.
WEEK 5 :
Building your inner advocate
Build internal filters so outside judgment, fear, and guilt no longer define you.
Silencing your saboteur is not enough. You must replace the voice that tore you down with a voice that lifts you up a voice that fights for you, not against you. Your Inner Champion is the powerful, wise, courageous part of you that sees your worth clearly and is there as a constant reminder of your inherent value.
WEEK 6 :
Breaking the pattern loop
Step fully into your true identity. Live powerfully, unapologetically, and free.
The silencing of your saboteur means being able to spot recurring behavioral loops rooted in self-doubt. It means being able to recognize self-sabotage disguised as “safety” or “logic.” It means building an awareness so you can break the cycle as you build new habits, habits that will serve the person you are becoming.
WEEK 7 :
Living above the noise
You’ve learned to recognize your saboteur. You’ve activated your Inner Champion. You’ve started breaking the old loops that, up till now, have kept you stuck. Now it’s time for the deeper shift. True freedom isn't about eliminating all fear. It's about
hearing the noise and choosing your truth anyway.
